Family-Owned. Locally Trusted.
Sure Lock and Safe has been serving San Antonio and the surrounding communities since 2015 — backed by over 20 years of locksmith experience, honest work, real credentials, and a physical shop you can walk into.
Our Story
Sure Lock and Safe was founded in 2015 with a simple idea: San Antonio deserved a locksmith company that was transparent, licensed, and actually local — not a national call-center dispatching whoever was available. The owners bring over 20 years of hands-on locksmith experience to every job.
What started as a one-van operation has grown into an established shop at 1999 Gulfmart St. in San Antonio, with a team of trained technicians covering residential, commercial, automotive, motorcycle, module programming, and safe services across the metro area.
We're a family-owned business, and that shows in how we operate. We answer our own phones, show up on time, and give you a straight price before any work begins. No bait-and-switch, no surprise fees.
Licensed, Insured & Accountable
Texas law requires all locksmiths to be licensed through the Department of Public Safety (DPS) Private Security Bureau. Sure Lock and Safe operates in full compliance — our license is current, our technicians are trained, and we carry general liability insurance on every job. We're happy to provide proof of licensing or insurance upon request.
A Real Shop You Can Visit
Unlike many locksmith services that operate purely as dispatch networks, we have a physical location in San Antonio. Bring your vehicle in for key programming, drop off a lock for rekeying, or stop by to discuss a commercial security upgrade in person. Our shop is open Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM and Saturday 10 AM–3 PM.
